In these applications, RICA heating elements are
used in several ways: cartridge heaters are used
in the moulds and die blocks, micro coil heaters
are used in nozzle heating and tubular heaters
are used in manifold heating. Nozzle band heaters,
brazed cap or small dimension type, are
used in heating the nozzle of the injection machines.
Microcoil and tubular heaters can be supplied
straight or shaped according to the customer's
specifics. Rica supplies also: thermocouples and
hot runner controllers.
Besides, Rica is able to project using 3D engineering
software: this allows Rica to develop
feasibility studies and to offer new solutions
working together with the Customer.
