The organization structure of Research & Development activities
is addressed to the heating elements applications that are the
focus of the specific Strategic Business Units. Furthermore
R&D efforts gain large benefits from synergies, competence
and know-how shared among the Group, from the integration with
the sister company SIPA SpA, that have a big experience in the
planning and production of industrial systems for the manufacturing
industry, and from the contribute of customers and suppliers,
in a optics of Comakership and Forward Engineering. New Products
